Features of Hydronic Heating

Due to the durable nature of the piping used in our hydronic heating systems, the applications are many and can be utilised by anything from warehouses, garages, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and even airport hangars, as well as your home and office.

The piping is comprised of cross-linked polyethylene installed in main slabs, screed overpours or thin slabs, and can even be installed between floors or fitted beneath sub-floors. A programmable thermostat means you control when and where the hot water is distributed throughout the premises; advanced systems even include valves, injection loops and outdoor resets which will precisely control temperatures based on sudden weather changes.

Hydronic heating systems are designed to be easy to use and low on maintenance for the life of the system. The robust piping is corrosion free and resistant to scale build up and will last well over 100 years. All other mechanical components, including boilers, pumps and thermostats, have a lifespan of between 5 to 20 years with proper maintenance ensuring reliable and long lasting performance. With fuel sources ranging from natural gas to LPG, electricity and even solar and geothermal energy, let Branco design a hydronic heating system that’s right for your home or business.
